waving squirrel

the other day I had my camera at the ready.. at a well known squirrel hangout.

i was eating a veggie pita.. it was 2:00pm

I was full and i noticed i had chips left so i threw one and a squirrel found it.

( i didnt know squirrels were blind as bats)

then he... i think it was a he cos usually the males are a bit bolder sat up and raised his paw.

i snapped some pics so hopefully they turned out.. i was quite excited so dont know how in focus they are!

disclaimer: I usually don't feed squirrels potatochips so don't expect some everytime you see me.
